The Governing Council, held this morning at Santomera, authorized the immediate commencement of construction of a second school in this county, thereby responding to a longstanding goal of the santomeranos.
At its meeting today, the Governing Council has also addressed other issues of interest to Santomera as sealing and environmental recovery of municipal waste, the creation of a young man who responds to the needs of youth in the municipality as well as Health Center expansion.
Also within the line of actions undertaken by the Executive Murcia social policy and equal opportunities, the regional government authorized to allocate a grant of 87,000 euros to the City of Santomera to implement services and programs equal opportunities, employment and other activities related to the care of women victims of gender violence.
Specifically, the session santomerano receive 11,500 euros for the Local Employment Centre, € 42,000 for the municipality CAVI, 21,000 for the recruitment of equality and 12,700 for the organization of different activities.
