The Book Fair Santomera prolong their stay in the Town Hall Square until Sunday due to the large crowds and good sales rate being recorded thanks to the 20% discount on all issues presented, paid from equal by the Department of Education and Culture and the two libraries involved.
The fair also features a solidarity tent set up by the Children Association of Korhogo that offers natural products to obtain funds to finance part of their activities.
"To stand up to the economic crisis is thought to make books more affordable, suggesting a common discount on all copies as well as increasing their numbers from 5,000 to 8,000 seats on sale this year," stressed the Councillor for Education and Culture, Maribel Civic, as the main reasons for the smooth running of the fair.
