The Governing Council has authorized an investment of 2.5 billion for water infrastructure for sanitation and sewerage in the municipality of Santomera.
The work planned will prevent flooding in the southeastern part of town that, on a regular basis, have been occurring with some intensity rains.
To do this, we will construct a set of sinks and a collector of 1.2 m in diameter and 950 meters long channel rainwater and lead to the pumping station, where they can be driven to the north treatment plant.
The project also includes building a sewage parallel collector two miles in length that extended the lead further urban sewage water treatment plant of the former hamlet of El Siscar santomerana to the pumping station north of the new treatment plant, where they can be subject to more stringent treatment and promote its proper reuse.
