Tovar Gonzalez recalled that the plan "is part of the framework agreement that once signed the National Government (Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Education and Science) and the Region of Murcia (Department of Education, Science and Research) and that he acceded to date almost one hundred and fifty schools in Murcia. The delegate of the Government has indicated that the measures envisaged in the Plan "will provide the educational community information, advice and cooperation they need to help solve the security problems they have, and to prevent issues that may affect negatively on the coexistence within the center. "
Moreover, Gonzalez Tovar said that the plan has other objectives, "to improve policing in the vicinity of schools and students aware of the need to eradicate violent behavior in schools."
And with the launch of the Plan "aims to improve knowledge of children on issues such as bullying, gangs, access to drugs and alcohol, vandalism, xenophobia or racism for what", as declared by the Government Delegate , "was driving the holding of activities, talks and lectures in schools, taught by police experts"
