Spanish students, Bolivia, Ecuador, Bulgarians, Russians and Moroccans among others, registered in the Secondary School Andugar Santomera Poet Julian, are responsible for the book, "Words with taste," which gathers some 68 recipes traditional sweets from their countries of origin.
Casa Grande will host from 20 pm tomorrow the launch of this book, which has organized the Councillor for Culture, Maribel Civic, to introduce into society a book that will make available to its users the most appropriate for Christmas desserts as good "Besitos" delicious "Tonas Honey" for Easter, and even an "Shabbakiya" flavored with honey to celebrate Ramadan.
"You have to reward the time and effort of 70 students from first to second high school, participated in the drafting of this work of gastronomic literature," the mayor stressed, Maribel Civic on the work done by this group students in collaboration with the Department of Spanish Language and Literature of the IES.
Among the peculiarities of this book to be distributed free to those attending the presentation, emphasizes the bilingual character of some of their recipes original version also contained either in Arabic, Bulgarian or Russian, not to mention an international gastronomic glossary accompanied by a complete map, which reflects the evolution of migration flows over the history of Spain.
