The Governing Council has approved an agreement between the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning and the City of Santomera for the development of the Information System Housing Murcia (SIVMURCIA) Region.

The goal is to promote the exchange of information between regional and local authority on the municipality's housing industry and incorporated into the Territorial System of Reference, by geoportal SIVMURCIA integrated into Sitmurcia.

This initiative is part of the strategic priorities of housing policy and soil promoted by the regional government to make available to the public authorities, other institutions and the general public with accurate information about the housing sector to enable strategic planning the sector.

With the tool SIVMURCIA collaboration between administrations is reinforced to increase efficiency in the development of analysis and diagnosis as a basis for drafting plans and strategies in the area of ​​housing.
