The rules on public housing promotion possible regime change request of holders
The managing director of the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia (IVS), Christopher Moreno, signed yesterday, at the request of its current tenants, the sale of four homes in Santomera public advocacy.
The homes are located in the town Square Nursery and belong to a group of 15 public advocacy houses dating from 1981, with a type of duplex townhouse with patio and an approximate area of ​​90 square meters.
The IVS director said "housing was initially leased and upon request of holders applicants proceeded to change the lease sales, thus enabling your purchase".
Christopher Moreno noted that the regulations governing the performance of the Housing and Land Institute in promoting public housing allows regime change once within ten years of the lease provided that are current in the payment .
The IVS director explained that the major advantage of this operation is that the value of the home is the initial updated CPI discounting these years and what has already paid as rent.
Price after deduction of the amount of rent paid by the tenant, as it repeats the rule, the price of each of the homes is located on the 50,000 euros.
