The Governing Council has approved the decree authorizing the registration of schools to university levels of Murcia the new Secondary School Santomera, which represents an investment of 4.6 million euros and will be operational during 2013-2014.
The institute, which were finished this month of February, will have capacity for 360 school places, which will decongest the poet Julian Andúgar IES, which is the only public high school in the municipality currently exists.
The new center, located on East Street Santomera has two modules, with two floors each, and a sports hall.
In the first module are distributed 12 units of high school, as well as offices, toilets and other multipurpose classrooms.
The second module will house a library, cafe, store, and several multi-purpose rooms for workshops, computer room and classroom plastic.
