The Murcia Area Board of Elections has declared admissible the complaint that the PSOE presented on April 7 against the City of Santomera to use digital columns municipal property for the dissemination of corporate propaganda.
The Electoral Board Secretariat Murcia Zone has announced the resolution of the complaint: "It is agreed, in accordance with the provisions on March 24 in Central Electoral Board, the City of Santomera prohibit the issuance and dissemination of institutional propaganda through city-owned digital columns. "
According to this resolution, the Board of Elections has ordered within 24 hours for the Mayor of Santomera "proceed to the three columns off digital located in Calle de la Gloria Plaza Borreguero street arts and Calvary."
In the absence of such columns shutdown digital by the deadline, the Electoral Board advises the Mayor of Santomera will incur "an electoral crime or administrative violation."
