Santomera City Council and the Spanish Red Cross offered a course of 140 hours Aquatic Lifeguard.
Begin on April 1 and runs until 21 May.
Will be held on 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 and 16 April and 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15 and May 21, 9:00 to 14:00 hours and 16:00 -21:00 hours.
The course is aimed at people who have surpassed that of 'Life Saving and First Aid' issued by the Red Cross to have the medical certificate Aquatic Lifeguard course, be an adult, able to swim, and pass the entrance exam.
The program to be carried out consists of four modules, which will be held at the Centre for Employment and Local Development Santomera (CEDES), and practices in the pool and beach.
In Module I, the lifeguard entered the study: operative technique, in water rescue II, III will develop in the workplace, and IV address the specific injuries to the aquatic environment and its surroundings.
The course fee is 180 euros and 150 external to Red Cross volunteers.
