The Local Government Board, held last Friday, claimed the construction of the new Institute for UTE-Tressa Premediterráneo SA for a value of 3,326,314.91 euros.
The works, according to Mayor Santomera, José María Sánchez, will begin in February and the deadline for their execution is 12 to 18 months and will be located in the district of La Mota.
The mayor also stressed that the aim of building this center is that it can relieve the former student, which will be renovated and equipped.
To do so, said Sanchez, the current Institute is considering remodeling the casualties in the contest held for the construction of the new.
The new secondary schools, which have a capacity for 400 students divided into twelve units, will have an area of 10,463.94 meters square, which are arranged in three blocks that occupy the ground floor square 2550.85 meters; porches (203, 92 square meters), sports courts (1544.20 meters), parking (1067.93 meters), a plot reserved for future expansion (754.29 meters) and the rest, to 4183.82 meters square for zones Free.
