Santomera plenary today gave the green light for final approval of the Plan Parcial Sector SM-GOLF with the votes of the PP and PSOE in favor.
As you point Santomera mayor, Jose Maria Sanchez thanked the opposition for supporting the approval of this partial plan, which is among the A-7 and the Zeneta-San Javier.
"It's been a long and not without difficulties so today is an important day for the township," said the mayor, who emphasized that the Partial Plan report is an important part of the municipality since it has 44 Santomera km and this area is 5% of the municipality.
This soil, as reported by the mayor shall be for residential or business use as there is developable land and land intended for light industry.
