The mayor, Inma Sánchez Roca, and the Councilor for Works and Services, Joaquín Rubio, have supervised this morning the improvement works on the Mesegueres road, which began last Monday and is about to be concluded.
The City will invest 25,942.4 euros of its own funds here to fix with triple asphalt risk the three sections of this road that presented worse condition.
Identical works will be carried out next in the path of the Hammers and in one of the access roads to the neighborhood of the Nemesios, whose adequacy will be allocated, respectively, 11,993.52 and 1,606.28 euros more.
The works are being executed by the merchant Martínez Olmos and Hijos, who presented the best of the three offers requested by the Department of Hiring.
It should be noted that the three improvement projects had been claimed by the neighborhood expressly, including through collection of signatures.
According to Joaquín Rubio, "next year we will face the remaining reforms of roads supported by rubrics of citizenship that has not been possible to include in the budgets of this year."
