ECONEX has sponsored the 'I Training Day on Organic Agriculture'.
The event took place in Lorca on September 27, at the Center for Training and Agricultural Experiences (CIFEA), thanks to the initiative of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Environment of the Region of Murcia
The day was attended by experts in the field, coordinated by Emilio Gaspar Tomás, CIFEA Training and Experimentation Technician.
José Manuel Portillo, Technician of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and member of the Council of Ecological Agriculture of the Region of Murcia (CAERM), was responsible for opening the event.
He was followed by the interventions of Pedro José Pérez Saura, Technical Director of CAERM, on "Situation and perspectives of Organic Agriculture in the Region of Murcia" and of the Professor of the Department of Agronomic Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena Josefina Contreras Gallego, who discussed "Research and University Training in Organic Agriculture".
The day concluded with a few words of encouragement from the Founder and Director of Agricultural Health ECONEX SL, Francisco Martínez, and a lunch courtesy of his company.
This first meeting between professionals of the sector, students and businessmen related to the area has defined as an objective: "to promote and promote the teaching and research of Organic Agriculture, which allows us to" produce conserving and conserving producing. "That allows us to find a synergy real between the social, ecological and economic of our farms, looking for them to be multifunctional and sustainable, guaranteeing "food security".
This ECONEX participation is part of the Social Action and Sponsorship projects that the company develops through active collaborations, direct aid and sponsorship of sports, educational and cultural initiatives in its environment.
