The Governing Council has approved an aid of 22,000 euros to the City of Santomera to finance the activities of the Support Group and Emergency Coordination transmissions during this period.
This act provides that, throughout the year, various training courses conducted and two actual drills, in addition to providing the availability of its members to intervene in emergencies, at the request of the Directorate General of Emergency and the Presidential Administration public, among other activities.
This group, composed of volunteers from the Association of Civil Protection Santomera, is charged in the case of particularly serious incidents, the installation of an advanced command post to coordinate emergency services and communications.
