A Civil Guard dog trained for it was he who found the drug
The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia has conducted a police operation against drug trafficking in Santomera that has led to the arrest of a person for the crime of drug trafficking, upon seizing 37 acorns of hashish and other 137 parts wearing the same substance hidden in luggage, and threw a total weight of 503 grams.
The performance took place after the Civil Guard, in one of the services for the prevention of drug trafficking, establish a police on people and vehicles in Santomera.
During the inspection of one of the vehicles, which came from Almería, a dog of the Civil Guard, specially trained to detect drugs, marked the vehicle carrying luggage.
After identifying the owner of the suitcase, we proceeded to record it, which was found more than a pound of hashish hidden in the clothing and footwear, resulting in the arrest and subsequent remand in custody of the owner of the luggage as the alleged of a drug trafficking offense.
Arrested:
The Civil Guard has proceeded to the arrest, on suspicion of drug trafficking crime, a person identified as:
- Moroccan, 30 years old and lives in La Mojonera (Almería).
Effects seized:
The arrested officers seized the 37 acorns and other pieces of hashish 137 yielding a total weight of 503 grams.
The arrested, drugs seized and the proceedings have been brought before the Court of Instruction No. 6 Murcia (Murcia), which has decreed the imprisonment of arrest.
