The City Council of Santomera will broadcast from this Thursday the municipal Plenary live through the Internet.
This innovative streaming system has been made possible thanks to the agreement signed last October 3 with the Integra Foundation, with the Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism and Employment at the forefront.
With the signing of this agreement, Santomera joins the so-called 'Replay' project, from which platform Planos can be followed from anywhere with Internet connection, either live or well a posteriori.
The Santomera City Council, however, will go further in its endeavor to guarantee the right to information of the citizenship of the municipality.
In that sense, on the initiative of the councils of Finance and Personnel and of Transparency and Participation, an agreement has been signed with the audiovisual producer Asta13 to improve the quality of the Plenary recordings and to offer the retransmission in several sections, so that the neighbors And neighbors can consult directly the items on the agenda that result from their interest.
In addition, the signed contract will also make it possible for the plenary images to reach all homes with subtitles, "a very important step in the path that the Consistory has set to achieve universal accessibility," according to the editors Alberto Menárguez and Victor Egío .
